- Foster Care Grant: R1,250.
- Child Support Grant: R560.
- Social Relief of Distress (SRD) Grant: R370.
Even though these amounts are not enough to meet the needs and wants of several families, they do give support that can be relied upon while the nation is in waiting for the next announcements in 2026.
What About The SRD R370 Grant?
The SRD R370 grant has been prolonged in 2026, and the conditions remain unchanged. In spite of the public talks regarding the grant increase, no official announcement has been made so far regarding the higher amount. The applicants are all encouraged to check the status of their applications very often and also to make sure that their banking details are correct.
Who Is Eligible For SASSA Grants?
